DaVinci IQ3

Vapor leaves the IQ3's glass lined ceramic oven and travels up through a sealed zirconia airpath, so residue lands in a predictable order: the oven floor, then the Flavor Chamber and Cool Core stacked above it, then the mouthpiece. Extracts run the same route and leave far heavier resin than flower, which is why DaVinci pushes Dosage Pods for anything sticky.

1. Open it up cold: The oven sits behind the bottom lid, which also carries the Air Dial and the zirconia Pearl spacer. The 21700 battery sits behind the upper lid. Let the device cool before disassembly.

2. Brush the oven after each bowl: The stainless steel handled brush in the box is meant for this, sweeping spent herb out of the ceramic oven. Abrasives are ruled out on the oven and vapor path, and the device itself must never be submerged.

3. Pull the airpath apart: Use the onboard Pick Tool, stored under the upper lid along the inner wall, to lift out the Flavor Chamber, its cap, and the Cool Core. The mouthpiece pushes in from above once the top lid is open, and the 10mm water tool adapter swaps in the same way.

4. Soak the zirconia: Mouthpiece, Cool Core, Flavor Chamber and cap, and the 10mm adapter all take 70 percent or stronger isopropyl. Zirconia handles a long bath, and the manual permits an overnight soak for stubborn buildup. Rinse with water and dry fully.

5. Wipe the silicone, never soak it: The mouthpiece gasket and the Flavor Chamber cap O-ring are silicone and degrade with prolonged soaking. Wipe them clean, and remember to transfer the gasket when changing mouthpieces.

6. Swab the fixed parts: A cotton swab damp with isopropyl handles the oven walls, the seat the Flavor Chamber meets, and the Pearl, which unscrews if residue collects behind it. Keep alcohol out of the battery bay.

7. Burn off before use: Once every part is dry and refitted, run a hot cycle to clear residual alcohol and odor from the oven.

A light brush out each session and a full strip down every ten to fifteen keeps flavor honest. Clean a Dosage Pod after every extract run: let it cool a minute, then pull it with the Pick Tool, warming the oven first if it sticks. Only use DaVinci flat top 21700 cells, retire any with a torn wrapper or corrosion, and store loose ones in a case. The ten year warranty excludes damage from ignored cleaning instructions.
