What are the VEAZY's three temperature presets?
Switched on, the VEAZY heats to a Base Temperature of 180°C (356°F). Double-pressing the power button adds the Booster, and again adds the Superbooster, each worth 15°C by default, so the ladder is 180, 195 and 210°C. Both boosts revert to Base after 90 seconds unless Permanent Boost is on in the S&B Web App.
Do I need the S&B Web App to run the VEAZY?
No, the one-button system works on its own. The app opens in a Web Bluetooth capable browser at app.storz-bickel.com rather than installing, and is where you set any temperature from 40°C to 210°C, rewrite the presets and take firmware updates.
Can the VEAZY be used while charging?
No, it has no pass-through and will not run plugged in. Storz & Bickel recommends a 5V/3A USB-C charger and quotes about 40 minutes to 80 percent. An upper LED flashing yellow or magenta rather than blue means a USB-A cable or an underpowered charger, and charging takes much longer.
Which screens does the VEAZY use?
The finer Normal Screen presses into the Filling Chamber and the Coarse Screen sits in the Cooling Unit Base, three of each in the box. Both are the small screens Storz & Bickel sells across its portable range, so they are shared with the Venty and Mighty+, as are dosing capsules.
Does the VEAZY work with a water pipe adapter?
Storz & Bickel does not sell one, and none appears in the VEAZY accessory catalog. Its Cooling Unit and folding mouthpiece are VEAZY specific parts, so an adapter cut for a Mighty or Crafty will not seat on it. Our guide to dry herb vaping with a water pipe covers the alternatives.
How long is the VEAZY warranty?
Two years from purchase through Storz & Bickel or an authorized dealer. It is one of four models, with the MIGHTY, CRAFTY+ and PLENTY, excluded from the extra year S&B grants for registering within four weeks. Cooling Units, screens, seal rings and the battery sit outside it, and the battery is not user replaceable.
VEAZY Cleaning & Maintenance
The VEAZY sends vapor through a two level Cooling Unit that screws straight onto a ceramic-coated Filling Chamber, so condensate settles between the Cooling Unit Base and the Mouthpiece long before the oven looks dirty. The coating keeps herb from sticking, so the brush clears the chamber in seconds and the PEEK and PPSU plastics above it do the real accumulating.

Power down first. Switch the VEAZY off and unplug the USB-C cable at both ends.

Brush the chamber after every session. Empty the Filling Chamber straight away and clear coarse deposits with the supplied Cleaning Brush, or a short controlled puff of air. This stretches the gap between full strip downs.

Strip the Cooling Unit within seven days. Storz & Bickel wants a thorough clean no later than seven days after the last use, or sooner once deposits show. Pull the Mouthpiece out of the Cooling Unit Cap while turning it slightly counterclockwise, then lift off the Mouthpiece Seal Ring with the Filling Chamber Tool at the recess.

Open the Rotary Cap. Set the edge of the Mouthpiece into the notch on the Rotary Cap and turn counterclockwise to release it, then remove its Seal Ring. Pull the Cooling Unit Cap off, slide the Intermediate Base off the Cooling Unit Base, and unscrew the Base a 90 degree turn counterclockwise. Lever out the large Base Seal Ring at the recess in its groove.

Lift the Filling Chamber Screen. Work the Screen out of the rim from the side with pointy tweezers until it leaves the groove, then pinch and lift it clear.

Soak, rinse, dry. Use warm rinsing water for five to thirty minutes, or isopropyl alcohol for a maximum of thirty minutes, since longer alcohol soaks attack the medical plastics. Rinse each part under running water for at least a minute and dry it completely.

Keep the body dry. The housing and USB-C cable take a dry or lightly damp cloth only, and alcohol must not run into the heater under the chamber.

Refit the Screen and seals. Bend a cleaned Screen slightly or use a fresh one, curved side up, then press it flat into the groove with the Filling Chamber Tool. Rebuild in reverse with both Seal Rings properly seated. Clogged Screens get replaced rather than recleaned, and the box ships three small Normal Screens plus three small Coarse Screens.
Maintenance Beyond Cleaning
The Dosing Capsule supplied with the VEAZY keeps resin off the chamber walls, since loose herb never touches the ceramic. Charge from a 5V/3A USB-C supply and unplug once done. Firmware updates arrive through the S&B Web App over Web Bluetooth, so connect occasionally even if you never adjust the presets.
