What Comes with the DynaVap B2?

  • DynaVap Captive Cap
  • Medical-grade stainless steel and food-grade silicone construction
  • 10mm tapered mouthpiece for water piece compatibility
  • Anti-roll design for stability
  • DynaVap Tin Case
  • DynaTorch Single Flame (empty)
  • Pink Slip documentation

Key Features

The B2 incorporates DynaVap's signature click-to-heat technology, providing precise temperature control without batteries or electronics. The 0.075g bowl capacity promotes efficient material usage while the modular design ensures easy maintenance and cleaning.

The 10mm tapered mouthpiece enables direct compatibility with water pipes and bubblers, expanding usage options beyond handheld operation. The anti-roll design addresses a common concern with cylindrical vaporizers, providing better stability on flat surfaces.

Performance

Like other DynaVap devices, the B2 requires an external heat source such as a torch lighter or induction heater. The thermal mass and click mechanism work together to provide consistent heating cycles, with the audible clicks indicating when optimal vaporization temperature is reached. If you're new to the click and heat routine, our guide on how to use a DynaVap walks through the technique in detail.

The medical-grade materials ensure clean vapor production, while the efficient extraction process can help reduce material consumption compared to combustion methods.

DynaVap The "B2" Cleaning & Maintenance

DynaVap built the B2 around an unbroken stainless airpath, so resin has only two places to hide: the CCD screen sitting under the 0.075g bowl, and the inside of the condenser tube where vapor cools before it reaches the tapered 10mm end of the stem. The bigger change for maintenance is that DynaVap deleted the o-rings entirely on this model. The silicone B2 stem grips the tip and condenser on its own, so nothing needs unseating or lubricating on reassembly.

  1. Break it into four pieces: Once cool, slide the Captive Cap off, pull the stainless B2 tip out of the stem, then draw the condenser free. If a joint feels tight, warm it under hot water and twist rather than lever it apart.

  2. Clear the bowl while it is warm: Tap or brush the spent material out of the tip after each session. The 0.075g chamber is shallow enough that a few seconds here saves a long soak later.

  3. Bathe the tip and condenser: DynaVap allows 90 percent or higher isopropyl for 15 to 30 minutes, or an overnight sit for heavy buildup. Hot water and dish soap does the same job more slowly. The Pink Slip in the tin is the third option: drop it into hot water with the parts and soak for up to 30 minutes.

  4. Cap gets a swab, never a soak: Two discs inside the Captive Cap snap together to produce the click, and moisture caught in the crimped rim can wreck it the moment a flame lands on it. Clean the inside with a cotton bud. DynaVap wants any cap that has got wet left 24 hours before heating, and the cap must never see a dishwasher even though the other stainless parts are safe in one.

  5. Floss the condenser: Run a pipe cleaner soaked in isopropyl through the tube until it draws clean. Restricted airflow on a B2 is almost always this part rather than the bowl.

  6. Leave the CCD until it clogs: DynaVap treats screen removal as optional for routine cleaning. When a soak no longer opens the draw, push the screen out from beneath the tip using the condenser, clean it alone, or press in a replacement. Stainless CCDs are a wear item.

  7. Soap and water for the silicone: The stem should not go in the alcohol jar. Prolonged isopropyl dries silicone out, so wash it in warm soapy water and rinse well.

  8. Rebuild only when bone dry: Rinse every soaked part under warm water and air dry it fully, because you finish this device with a torch.

Daily users should strip it every one to two weeks, occasional users monthly.
