Quick Cleaning (After Each Session)

1. Wait for the cool down click: Do not open the cap before it sounds. Use the leather strap keychain if it is still warm.
2. Unscrew and tap out: Turn the cap anticlockwise, tip the spent material out of the bowl, then check nothing is caught in the threads before screwing it back on.
3. Swab the mouthpiece end: A quick pass with a cotton swab keeps the second set of airflow holes clear.

Deeper Cleaning (Every Few Sessions)

1. Strip it down: Remove the cap, the tip, the stem and the mouthpiece so each part can be reached on its own.
2. Soak for 15 to 30 minutes: Put the parts in isopropyl alcohol or a similar cleaner. Keep the silicone band and the cap out of the solution, which is the one instruction Vices repeats.
3. Clean the cap by hand: Wipe the inside and outside with a cotton swab. If the balls need doing, push them out of the cap with a screwdriver first and clean them separately.
4. Brush the rest: Work a swab or brush over the bowl, threads and the glass chamber to lift anything the soak loosened.
5. Rinse and dry fully: Rinse everything except the cap in warm water and let it dry completely.
6. Run a dry cycle: Reassemble, check every fitting is snug, then heat once with no material to confirm it is dry and ready.

Care Tips for Better Results

• Do not overpack the bowl. Airflow is what makes a ball vape work, and 0.25g is a maximum rather than a target.
• Never heat past the click. Overheating cooks residue onto the balls and shortens the life of the o-rings.
• Keep material out of the cap threads, otherwise the cap binds and gets hard to remove while hot.
