How to identify when the Roam battery needs charging?
The G Pen Roam's LED display shows a flashing empty battery icon when it needs to be charged. The device will not heat up if attempted to activate in this state.
What should I do if my Roam isn't heating?
If the Roam doesn’t heat up, first ensure it's fully charged. Check for a flush connection between the Quartz tank and tank cover. The tab on the Quartz tank should fit flat into the tank cover and be oriented towards the Roam mouthpiece. If you are still having issues contact the manufacturer or retailer where you purchased the device.
How do you change the temperature when using the G Pen Roam?
To adjust the temperature of the Roam, use the two buttons on the side of the device. The temperature can be set in 25°F increments. You can switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius by holding the power button and the temperature increase button for three seconds
How do you turn on the G Pen Roam's heating?
To heat the Roam, power it on, select the desired temperature, and click the main power button twice. The device will vibrate and display wavy lines to indicate heating. It will vibrate again and show a thumbs up when the desired temperature is reached. You can cancel heating at any time with two more clicks of the power button.

Cleaning Non-Electronic Parts: Soak the Quartz tank, tank cover, and stainless steel air path channel in ISO. These parts do not contain electronic components and can be safely cleaned with ISO. After soaking for at least an hour, wipe them down with cotton swabs.

Cleaning the Silicone Air Path Channel: Use a cotton swab lightly dampened with ISO to clean the silicone air path channel liner. Ensure it's completely dry before reassembling.

Handling Electronic Components: Do not use ISO on the battery or any part containing electronic components. For these parts, use a dry cotton swab or a cloth to gently wipe away any residue or debris. If necessary, a slightly damp cloth with water can be used, but ensure it's not wet enough to cause any liquid to seep into the electronic components.

Mouthpiece and Glass Chamber Cleaning: These can usually be cleaned with warm water. If there's significant buildup, a brief soak in isopropyl alcohol can be effective, followed by a thorough rinse with water. Make sure these parts are completely dry before reassembly.
