Zeus Arc GT4

Zeus Arc GT4 Overview
The Arc GT4 is the current top of the Zeus Arc line, replacing the GT3 and sitting well above the Arc GTS in features. The headline change is dual use: it runs dry herb through ArcPods or straight in the chamber, and solid wax through a WaxPod, with separate temperature scales for each. The chamber and vapor path carry a 24K gold coating that Zeus calls GoldSink, and the gold plated heat sink in the mouthpiece is what cools the vapor on the way out. It is a session device, not an on-demand one.
Key Features & Benefits of the Zeus Arc GT4
Six herb presets run from 195C to 225C and three wax presets from 235C to 255C, selected by clicking the power button and read off three LEDs rather than a screen. Heat up is about 35 seconds. Herb sessions shut off after 6 minutes and wax sessions after about 2 minutes of continuous use, and a motion sensor starts a cool down if the device sits still for 45 seconds, which you can disable with four clicks when it is parked on glass. Airflow is set by whether the Flow Sink is fitted: leave it in for thicker, more restricted draws, take it out for a lighter, freer pull. The included adapter fits 14mm and 18mm glass.

How is the Zeus Arc GT4 different from the Arc GTS and GT3?
The GT4 adds a dedicated wax mode with three high temperature presets and a WaxPod, six herb presets instead of three, a 24K gold coated chamber and heat sink, USB-C in place of the GTS micro USB, more open airflow, and an Iceborn and water pipe adapter in the box. The Arc GTS is dry herb only and now discontinued.
Do I have to use ArcPods?
No. Ground herb goes straight into the chamber, tamped with the Multi-Tool, and a spacer is included if you want to run a smaller load. Pods make loading and unloading cleaner and let you pre-pack for the day. To fit one, push the Flow Sink out from below with the Flow Sink Tool first, carefully, since Zeus excludes careless Flow Sink removal from warranty cover.
How do the temperature modes work?
The device always starts in Herb Mode with six levels from 195C to 225C, shown on three LEDs in green then blue. Three clicks of the power button switch to Solid Wax Mode, with three levels from 235C to 255C shown in orange. One click cycles levels within whichever mode is active.
How do I use concentrates in the GT4?
Load solid wax onto the mesh inside a WaxPod, fit the lid, drop it into the chamber and switch to Wax Mode. Wax sessions cut off after about 2 minutes of continuous use. Zeus warns against inverting the device onto glass in Wax Mode, because melted wax runs toward the mouthpiece and blocks the vapor path.
Can I use it with a water pipe?
Yes. The Iceborn and Waterpipe Adapter is in the box and fits both 14mm and 18mm joints. Turn the cool down feature off first by clicking the power button four times, otherwise the motion sensor will start shutting the device down while it sits on the glass. Our guide to dry herb vaping with a water pipe covers the rest.
Why does my GT4 shut itself down mid session?
If it sees no movement for 45 seconds it starts a cool down, pulses white and shuts off after 2.5 minutes unless it is moved. That is the battery saving feature, not a fault. Four clicks of the power button turn it off, and the LEDs flash red twice to confirm.
How long does the battery last and how do I charge it?
The 3500mAh cell is good for roughly 6 to 8 sessions and refills in about 90 minutes over USB-C at 5V and 2.5A. The port is under the Multi-Tool at the base, which you remove and park on the magnetic mouthpiece while charging. Shake the device twice to check the level.
What does the warranty cover?
Two years on the hardware from the date of retail purchase, extendable to three years by registering with the QR code in the packaging. The lithium ion battery is covered for three months. Wear parts including the Mouthpiece GTS, the Heat Sink GT4 and its cover, and the screens are excluded, as are units bought from unauthorised resellers.

Zeus Arc GT4 Cleaning & Maintenance
The GT4 is a conduction device with a short vapor path, so residue gathers in two places: the gold coated chamber with the Flow Sink Screen at its base, and the heat sink stack inside the mouthpiece. Wax makes both worse, because melted concentrate travels further up the path than herb residue does. Zeus is emphatic on one point throughout the manual: never pour any liquid, alcohol or cleaning solution included, onto or into the device.
Quick Cleaning (After Each Session)
- Pull the mouthpiece and empty the chamber: Tap out a used ArcPod or WaxPod, or tip out loose herb once the device has cooled.
- Wipe the chamber with a Grime Stick: Snap one to release the ethyl alcohol inside and work the other end around the gold coated walls, then follow with a Grime Wipe.
- Let it dry before the next heat up: Zeus is clear that the device should not be run until any cleaning agent has fully evaporated.
Deeper Cleaning (Every Few Sessions)
- Remove the Flow Sink from below: Push the Flow Sink Tool up through the air path to free the Flow Sink GT and its screen. Do this gently, since damage from careless removal is excluded from the warranty.
- Strip the mouthpiece: Separate the Heat Sink GT4, the Heat Sink Cover GT4, the Heat Sink Screen GT and the Mouthpiece Screen GT.
- Soak the metal parts for up to 30 minutes: Use Zeus Purify solution or alcohol, then rinse everything in water and dry completely. Keep to the 30 minute limit.
- Clean the Mouthpiece GTS by hand: It is the one part Zeus leaves out of the bath. Use a Grime Stick on it instead.
- Reassemble and check the orientation: The Heat Sink Screen GT goes back long side up, and the mouthpiece has to seat correctly for the device to draw properly.
Care Tips for Better Results
- Use ArcPods if you want the chamber to stay clean. A dirty chamber is also why pods sometimes stick instead of shaking out.
- Do a sanitation cycle at the top temperature before first use to purge machine oils.
- Fresh ArcPod lids matter. Reused ones pick up a stale taste.
- Do not stand the device on glass in Wax Mode. Melted wax runs toward the mouthpiece and clogs the path.
- Keep the USB-C port clear and let the device cool before charging.
- For general technique, read our guide on how to clean a dry herb vaporizer.
Learn More About Zeus Arc GT4
The GT4 makes most sense for someone who wants one pocket device for both flower and concentrates and likes the idea of pre-packing. ArcPods keep the material out of the chamber, so the gold coated oven stays clean far longer than an open oven does, which puts it near the top of our easy to clean shortlist. It is a session vaporizer, heating continuously through a 6 minute cycle rather than only while you draw, and at 86.5mm tall and 121g it is small enough for our stealth list. Concentrates go in the WaxPod, and the device switches to a separate higher temperature scale for them, so it is a genuine dual use device rather than a herb vape with a wax pad thrown in.
There are real limits. Presets only, six for herb and three for wax, so you cannot dial an exact temperature, and three LEDs stand in for a screen. Conduction heating means the load starts cooking once the cycle begins, so short sits do not suit it as well as an on-demand device would, and our session versus on-demand guide explains the difference. The battery is internal, and Zeus warrants it for only three months against defects even though the device gets two years. Pods and lids are ongoing costs, and our guide to dosing capsules is worth reading before you commit to that workflow.
