How much herb does the Nokiva chamber hold?

Should I use the glass or the flat mouthpiece?
Both ship in the box. The glass tube is the one Airistech points at flavour, while the flat plastic piece carries the mesh screen and sits nearly flush, which suits a pocket. Neither threads on: they push into the chamber and a silicone ring holds them, and four spare rings are included.
Can I use concentrates in the Airistech Herbva Nokiva?
No. Airistech states the Nokiva is dry herb only and points concentrate users towards the Airis Switch instead. There is no concentrate insert for it, and the replacement mouthpiece kit is the only Nokiva accessory Airistech sells.
Does the Nokiva charge over USB-C?
Current kits do, though Airistech switched the port from micro USB partway through the Nokiva's life, so older units still have micro USB. A full charge takes around three hours, with the light flashing blue slowly and turning solid when it is done. Airistech advises against charging it overnight, and the 2200mAh cell is sealed in.
What does the Nokiva warranty cover?
Airistech covers dry herb vaporizers for one year from purchase against manufacturer defects, and only for units bought from its own store. Cosmetic issues, damage from use, and parts and accessories are excluded, so replacement mouthpieces are not. Claims go in by email with photos of the fault; the unit does not have to be returned.
Airistech Herbva Nokiva Cleaning & Maintenance
The Nokiva's mouthpiece plugs straight into the top of a small oval ceramic oven, so resin lands in two places: the mesh screen set into the base of the composite mouthpiece, and the perforated floor of the oven, where fines from a fine grind collect. Neither is visible until you pull the mouthpiece off, which is why the draw usually tightens before the flavour drops off.

Power down and let it cool. Five rapid clicks of the power button turns the Nokiva off. Airistech is explicit that the device should never be cleaned while it is still hot.

Pull the mouthpiece. Push the tip of the mouthpiece forward and lift it away from the chamber. There is no thread, so do not twist it: a silicone ring around the base is what holds it in place.

Empty and brush the ceramic oven. Tip out the spent load and sweep the walls and the perforated floor with the supplied brush. The dab tool lifts anything baked onto the ceramic. The heater sits directly beneath the oven, so keep liquid out of the chamber entirely.

Soak the mouthpieces away from the device. Both the glass tube and the composite mouthpiece with its mesh screen can go into isopropyl at 90 percent or higher for thirty minutes to an hour, which is what Airistech recommends for removable parts. Brush the mesh, rinse in warm water and let both dry completely before refitting.

Wipe the air path and shell. A cotton swab dampened with isopropyl and squeezed out will clear the chamber lip and the mouthpiece socket. Keep alcohol away from the USB-C port and the OLED window, and use a dry cloth on the body.
Never submerge the Nokiva body. Airistech's own guidance for this device is brush and dry cloth only, and there is no removable chamber to lift out. Spare silicone rings ship in the kit, and swapping one in is the fix when the mouthpiece starts to sit loose or the draw goes airy. Airistech suggests a weekly clean for daily users and every couple of weeks for lighter use, with screens replaced every few months. The 2200mAh battery is sealed inside, so there is nothing to swap: charge over USB-C for around three hours and take it off the charger once it is full rather than leaving it overnight. Grinding fine but packing the 0.5g oven loosely keeps airflow up and pushes less debris into the screen.
