Airistech Herbva 5G FAQs

What temperatures does the Airistech Herbva 5G run at?

Three fixed presets with nothing in between: 390F, 405F and 420F, roughly 199C to 215C. One click steps through them and the LED shifts green, blue, then white. Start low and step up as flavour thins, as covered in what temperature you should vape flower.

What is the difference between the two Herbva 5G mouthpieces?

Both come in the box and hold on magnetically, so swapping takes a second. The flat plastic piece sits nearly flush for discretion, while the glass one gives vapor more room to cool. Airistech sells the pair as a replacement set.

Can you use wax or oil in the Herbva 5G?

No. It takes dry herb only, and Airistech warns that extracts leak through the ceramic chamber and damage the heating element permanently. There is no concentrate insert for it. See can you vape concentrates in a dry herb vaporizer.

Why does my Herbva 5G shut off after a few minutes?

That is the safety cutoff, which ends heating after three minutes. Five quick clicks restart it. Since the chamber holds about 0.2g, a full load usually needs a second cycle.

How many sessions does the Herbva 5G get per charge?

The 1100mAh cell is rated for about four or five short sessions. It is sealed inside and not user replaceable, so once it stops holding charge the device is finished.

What do the lights on the Herbva 5G mean?

A flashing light means it is still heating, a solid light means it has reached the set temperature, and red flashing is the low battery warning. On charge the light stays solid and goes out when full, the only charge indicator it has.

What warranty does the Airistech Herbva 5G come with?

Airistech covers its dry herb vaporizers for one year from purchase, and only units bought from its own store. Mouthpieces and other parts are excluded. Claims go by email with the order number, security code and a photo or video of the fault.

Airistech Herbva 5G Cleaning & Maintenance

The Herbva 5G packs 0.2g of ground herb into a small ceramic chamber sitting directly under the magnetic mouthpiece, and the vapor path between the two is very short. Resin condenses on the underside of whichever mouthpiece is fitted and around the airflow hole almost straight away, while fine plant dust gets pressed into the corners of the chamber every time you tamp a load down.

  1. Switch it off and let it cool: Five rapid clicks powers the pen down. Airistech's manual is firm that you should not clean or take anything apart until every part of the device has cooled completely, because the chamber walls stay hot well after a session ends.

  2. Lift the mouthpiece and empty the chamber: The flat plastic mouthpiece and the glass one both hold on magnetically, so they pull straight off with no threads to unscrew. Tip the spent load out, then use the dab tool from the kit to lift anything baked onto the ceramic.

  3. Brush the chamber, never soak the body: The only method the manual prescribes is the included cleaning brush, worked gently inside and around the heating chamber. It also says not to immerse the device in liquid of any kind, since anything reaching the heating element will ruin it. Keep isopropyl off the body and away from the charging port.

  4. Clean the mouthpieces off the device: Because both come away completely, they can be dealt with separately. A cotton bud dipped in isopropyl clears the bore and the magnetic face. Rinse and dry them fully before refitting. Airistech sells the flat and glass pieces as a replacement pair, so a cracked glass stem is a cheap fix.

  5. Keep the airflow hole clear: A clogged airflow hole is what makes an already gentle draw feel tight, and the brush bristles reach it. There is no screen or filter to swap out: the parts list stops at the mouthpiece, chamber, airflow hole, button and charging port.

Airistech's own guidance for its dry herb vaporizers is a clean every 10 to 15 sessions, which on a battery good for four or five sessions works out to roughly every second or third charge. Two other points matter. This is a dry herb device only, and wax or oil dripping into the heating element will damage it permanently, so do not treat the ceramic chamber as a concentrate cup. For the internal battery, a full charge takes about two to three hours from empty, the charge light goes out when it is done, and a red LED flashing ten times means the cell is nearly flat.
