Weecke Rush FAQs

How long does a session last on the Weecke Rush?

The stainless steel chamber holds about 0.3 grams, and retailer testing puts a full load at six to seven minutes. Automatic shut off is adjustable from three to six minutes, so a full chamber means restarting the timer once.

What does the Weecke Rush display show?

Set and current temperature, battery status, and the time left before shut off. The range runs from 160°C to 240°C, adjustable in single degree steps rather than fixed presets. Our guide on what temperature to vape flower covers where to start.

Why does the mouthpiece on the Weecke Rush get hot?

The vapor path is short, so vapor leaves the chamber with little room to cool. Long inhalations warm the mouthpiece as well as the vapor, the most common criticism of the Rush. Shorter draws with a pause between them keep it comfortable.

What is the difference between the ceramic and silicone parts?

Weecke pairs a silicone filter with a ceramic filter to hold particles back, and offers both ceramic and silicone mouthpieces. The difference that matters is maintenance: the ceramic filter and screens can soak in isopropyl alcohol, the plastic mouthpiece and rubber rings cannot.

How many sessions does the Weecke Rush get per charge?

The internal 2300 mAh battery charges over USB-C, and retailer testing reports roughly five to six chamber loads, or about 45 minutes of heating. There is no pass through charging, so it charges rather than runs from the cable.

Is there anything to do before the first session?

Rinse the mouthpiece parts, especially the o ring and screen, charge fully, then burn off with the mouthpiece removed at a high temperature. The same break in applies to the two spare screens, and since 160°C is the bottom of the range, any setting purges.

Does the Weecke Rush come with a warranty?

Weecke does not publish warranty terms for the Rush, so cover comes through the retailer you buy from. Weecke does say that keeping the device clean is part of staying under warranty.

Weecke Rush Cleaning & Maintenance

The Rush runs a short vapor path out of its 0.3 gram stainless steel chamber and straight into the mouthpiece, so vapor is still hot when it hits the first restriction it meets: the chamber screen, then the silicone or ceramic filter sitting in the mouthpiece. Weecke also names the two things that clog this air path fastest, liquids and herb ground too fine.

  1. Brush it out after every session: let the unit cool completely, then sweep the chamber and its screen with the included brush and wipe the mouthpiece and cooling section with a dry cotton swab. Weecke warns against putting plastic brushes or any cleaner on components while they are still hot, because they can deform.

  2. Deep clean every one to two weeks: separate the Rush into mouthpiece, chamber, screen and the other removable parts, seal them in a zip lock bag or a glass container with 75 percent isopropyl alcohol and leave them for 30 minutes. Brush off whatever survives the soak, rinse those loose parts in clean water and let them air dry.

  3. Know what can take a soak: screens and the ceramic filter can go in the alcohol. The plastic mouthpiece, the outer shell and anything electrical cannot, so wipe those with an alcohol dampened swab instead. Weecke also says not to soak the rubber rings.

  4. Clear the screen holes: the mouthpiece comes apart into several pieces, and the perforations are where resin actually blocks airflow. Push them clear with a needle or the brush. Keep running water away from the body itself so nothing reaches the electronics.

  5. Purge before you vape again: run the Rush empty at 160°C or higher for a few minutes so any leftover alcohol or moisture evaporates, and repeat if you can still smell it.

  6. Break in new parts: rinse a fresh screen and its o ring under water, charge the battery fully, then run a burn off with the mouthpiece removed at a high temperature. Packing the chamber with already vaped material during that burn off helps clear factory smells.

Weecke suggests keeping the soaking alcohol and reusing it until it turns dark brown. The kit ships two spare screens, so fit one when brushing no longer restores airflow. Weak vapor from a Rush is usually a clogged chamber screen rather than a battery problem, and a clean out between strains is what keeps the flavor readable.
