VapeXhale Cloud EVO

The EVO's air path is a glass tube running straight through the heater, so very little sticks to it. Residue collects instead on the stainless steel EZ Load Bowl sitting inside that tube, on the VapeXNail after concentrate use, and in the HydraTube perched on top.

1. Brush the EZ Load Bowl after each session: the ELB is a two piece basket of 304 stainless steel mesh, a body and a cap that trap the herb between them. Wiping the inside and outside with a small brush once you have emptied it stops the mesh glazing over and keeps airflow up.

2. Soak the bowls in isopropyl: VapeXhale's user guide calls for around 40 minutes in rubbing alcohol followed by a rinse under warm running water. Owners who soak more often, roughly every 5 to 15 bowls, get the same result in 10 to 20 minutes, and some burn the worst of the resin off the mesh with a lighter first. Dry each bowl fully before use. Keeping three or four in rotation means you never wait on one.

3. Swab the glass air path: the glass cylinder protruding from the top of the base is fixed around the heater and does not lift out. Let the unit cool completely, then run a cotton bud dipped in isopropyl or a non toxic glass cleaner around the inside, top and bottom. Never pour or spray liquid down it.

4. Give the VapeXNail longer: concentrate leaves the heaviest film. VapeXhale recommends an overnight soak in rubbing alcohol, then a pipe cleaner or cotton bud to knock the rest loose, then a warm rinse. Waiting about two minutes after a dab before pulling the nail lets residue finish cooking off. Hold it only by the upper bulb, as the lower section stays extremely hot.

5. Shake the HydraTube out: add isopropyl and salt, cover the openings, shake for about half a minute, then flush thoroughly with warm water. A badly glazed tube can soak overnight instead. Fresh water every few sessions makes a noticeable difference.

6. Keep water out of the base: fill the HydraTube off the unit, only until the percolator slits are submerged, and take a test pull before seating it. Overfilling lets water run into the EVO base and damage it.

7. Do not twist the tube: the HydraTube seals on glass by its own weight, with no o-ring to replace, so keep both mating surfaces clean and never force or rotate it while it sits on the base.

The neoprene VapeXheat Shield slides off for a wash. Wipe the housing and temperature dial with a damp cloth only. Register the unit to activate the three year warranty.
