Ball vape kits, battery ball vapes and a budget dry herb pen
JCVAP is a Shenzhen and Hong Kong company, founded in 2016, best known for its Pockety and Poby electric dab rigs and the inserts and parts it makes for Puffco devices. Its dry herb range has grown out of that hardware. The Herbcloud turned the Pockety base into a battery powered ball vape, the Poby Ember did the same for the smaller Poby, and in 2026 the titanium Crown loader became a standalone ball vape kit of its own.

The Crown Ball Vape is a titanium cap filled with 2mm ruby pearls and a Crown Bowl with a quartz, titanium or ruby cup. You heat the cap in a PID coil, an induction heater or with a torch, then set it over the loaded bowl on your water pipe. The kit is $70 without a heat source, or $189.24 with JCVAP's own PID controller and 16.8mm coil. Using the cap on its own started as a community experiment on Discord and 420 Vape Geeks, and JCVAP has since added basket screens, coil adapters and an 8mm adapter for DynaVap and Tempest 2 heads around it.
The Herbcloud Crown puts the same Crown loader in a ceramic heater with a PT1000 sensor on the Pockety battery base, and draws through a water glass. It sets from 212°F to 500°F, runs on two 3200mAh 18650 cells, and costs $156 with ruby pearls. The earlier Quartz, Titan and Ceramic chamber kits are still sold on the same base from $128, and swapping in JCVAP's concentrate atomizer turns it into an e-rig.
The Poby Ember is the compact version: a ball-filled infusion injector in a 3D heater on the Poby base, with its own glass bubbler. Six presets run from 347°F to 437°F, heat cycles last 60 to 180 seconds, and the battery is a replaceable cell. It is $116.90, and the injector also fits the Pockety Herbcloud.
The EVOK is the odd one out, a $65 dry herb pen with a quartz 3D heater, a quartz straw mouthpiece and five presets from 338°F to 455°F. JCVAP describes it as a light, flavour-focused sipper rather than a ball vape, and it is the simplest device in the range.
JCVAP sells direct from its own store. Orders to US addresses can ship from its US warehouse by USPS, which JCVAP puts at one to five business days, while the default global warehouse ships from China and packages travel duty unpaid, so import tax may apply. Unused items can be returned within three days of delivery, with return shipping paid by the buyer unless the item is faulty, and JCVAP promises a free replacement for parts that fail within 30 days of normal use.
