Do Arizer Air or Solo stems fit the ArGo?

No. Arizer lists the ArGo glass aroma tube for the ArGo alone; its Air and Solo tube covers the Air, Air II, Air SE, Air Max, Solo, Solo II and Solo II Max. The ArGo stem is shorter and narrower, and our review found it holds up to 0.3g.

Why is the glass aroma tube so tight in a new ArGo?

Arizer says tubes can fit tightly at first. Turn the ArGo on, set 200°C, heat a minute or two, then try again. Arizer also suggests five to ten minutes at 220°C before first use to burn off residue.

Do I need the stainless steel screens in the ArGo?

Not usually. Each glass aroma tube has a built-in glass screen, and Arizer recommends coarsely ground material with no metal screen, saying steel makes vapor harsher. Our review found finer grinds slip past it, so the four included screens still help.

Can you use the Arizer ArGo while it is charging?

Yes. If the battery is low, Arizer says to charge fifteen to twenty minutes, then set a temperature and vape while it charges. A full charge takes around three and a half hours, and a completely flat battery will not power the ArGo.

How long does one ArGo battery last?

Arizer rates it at roughly ninety minutes per charge, matching our review, though less at high temperatures. The 18650 lifts out for swapping, and Arizer sells the same cell for the Air, Air II and Air SE. See our replaceable battery list.

How do the ArGo controls and session timer work?

The OLED and three buttons set temperature from 50°C to 220°C in one-degree or ten-degree steps. Automatic shut-off runs between five and fifteen minutes in one-minute increments, defaulting to ten. A power-on delay of two to eight seconds prevents pocket activation.

What does the ArGo warranty cover?

Arizer gives the heating element a lifetime warranty and covers defects in materials and workmanship for two years. The battery and all glass are excluded, and damage from drops or tampering voids it.
